Returns

Customers have the right to return any of the products they have purchased within 14 days from the point of purchase and request either a refund or a product exchange.

To exercise the right of return, it is necessary to contact us at 25 74 9444 or at e-mail: [email protected].

In this case, the customer declares that at his own care and concern he will return to our company the product he has received via ACS Courier at the consignee's (ie our company's) charge. The exchange service is free .

In more detail, after informing us of the change you wish, you will pack the product appropriately (for example, if it is footwear, you will also put the purchase receipt in the box and you will pack it - the box - in such a way that acs does not they can write and/or stick anything on it) together with the proof of purchase and you will hand it over to acs requesting that it be returned to us (at Big brand, Tsemmes-site Livada, Rethymno, 74100), at our expense. As soon as we receive your return and without you registering a new order, we will send you your new selection - if the size you want is still available - which you will receive by paying any price difference.

In the case of a refund, the purchase value of the product is credited to the customer within 14 days from the day it is received (the return product) by our company.

Any bank charges-retentions that arise are borne exclusively by the customer, as far as their bank is concerned.

CAUTION! The products must be delivered in the same condition as they were received by the customer, with their packaging, as well as the other documents (retail receipt) with which they were accompanied when they were received.

Our company, as well as ACS, state that the sender is solely responsible for the packaging of shipments. Returns where the original packaging of the product is damaged due to the customer's negligence (eg insulating tape on the box - no extra cover etc.) are not accepted and the customer will have to bear the shipping costs in order to receive it back.
